A tall Art Nouveau house, designed in 1905 by Aimable Delune (brother of Ernest and Léon Delune). Two unequal bays, three levels with a loggia on two floors.
The façade is made of white glazed bricks and blue stone sculpted in typical shapes.
The top floor with its three ogive windows is topped by a large tympanum decorated with sgraffito with intertwined flower motifs.
The whole has been recently restored, the front door seems to have lost its side windows, replaced by wooden panels.
Everything is in good condition.
