Imposing Art Nouveau style trade house in the center of the town of Spa.

Commissioned by the industrialist Victor Collard to the Liège architect Gustave Charlier in 1900.

What strikes you at first glance is the green color of the facade made of jade-colored glazed bricks, and the very baroque loggia on the first floor.

The ironwork is very elaborate on the main loggia and the three balconies.

Painted metal sunflowers adorn this same loggia.

Note the large painted wrought iron sunflower which adorns the middle of the facade.

The undulating window openings are also astonishing.

The facade is decorated with ceramic panels with floral motifs, mainly poppies.

The ground floor is unfortunately less well preserved.

The carriage entrance is framed by columns topped with capitals carved with ivy and lizards.

The building was listed in 1989.
