Architect Paul Comblen completely transformed (exterior and interior) a 19th century neo-classical house in 1898.

It makes it a fine example of geometric Art Nouveau inspired by the Viennese Secession, sober and balanced.

The facade is painted white, pierced with openings of unequal sizes, the frames of which are painted dark blue.

The large ground floor window is decorated with beautiful geometric ironwork.

The striking element is the large sgraffito on the first floor representing three spinners evoking the passing of time, created by Oscar Berchmans. Recently restored, it has regained all its former splendor.

The top floor, with its three identical bays under an overhanging cornice, gives the facade great stability.

After years of abandonment, the house was restored by the architect's descendants in 2007.

Listed as Major Heritage of Wallonia since 1987.

It can be visited during the Heritage Days.
