Jos Bascourt, is with Jacques De Weerdt and Jules Hofman, one of the prolific architects in the district of Zurenborg.
De Morgenster is a fine example of his creativity, inspired by the Viennese Secession.
Beautiful facade in light brick and yellow bands. Semi-circular and horseshoe arch windows.
Here, no complicated ironwork, but a simple, balanced, elegant design.
The facade ends with a beautiful, very geometric wooden cornice.
Two oculus with drip caps complete this beautiful facade.
The set is in excellent condition.
House listed in 1984.
