A true Art Nouveau gem, the house is built in natural stone and hard stone for the base.

Several remarkable elements make up the facade, starting with the double-leaf entrance door, encircled in an arch cut two-thirds by a mullion in the shape of a sculpted column.

This door could have been inspired by the one created by Ernest Delune in Ixelles a year earlier (see here).

Also remarkable is the diversity of the openings, all of different shapes, recessed for the upper floor, protruding for the second floor. The ironwork, in a geometric style, also has different patterns.

The architect was clearly inspired by the very fashionable neo-Gothic style, mixing in Art Nouveau artifices, and giving the whole lot an incredible richness.

Building listed in June 1993.
