This house is one of the first that Victor Rogister built; one can already find the striking elements of his style there.

A ground floor in cut stone and sandstone.

Three windows decorated with stained glass with a blue heart as the main theme, overlook the front door made up of two oak leaves on which two dragons facing each other are sculpted.

Here, as in his other creations, we find women's heads sculpted on either side of the large lower window.

On the first floor, there is a large rectangular loggia resting on sculpted stone consoles, a rather “neo-renaissance” window on the left, and the year of construction, 1902.

The top floor is made up of a series of simple bay windows, surrounded by hard stone, decorated with beautiful sgraffito and a frieze with text in Latin: Ars Mens est et Materia which means: Art is art, spirit and matter.

All the stained glass windows feature the blue heart theme.
