Architect Ernest Stordiau designed these 5 individual houses in 1898, in the effervescence of the birth of the Zurenborg district.

Fairly classic in style, the five facades are alternately symmetrical.

Red bricks for the two central ones and white bricks for the sides and the central part.

The Art Nouveau elements are located at the level of the windows surrounded by sculpted hard stone, in pointed arches for the white houses and in geometric lintels for the red houses.

The ironwork on the balconies is particularly well designed.

Well-restored sgraffiti adorn the part located under the cornice, and the upper parts of certain windows.

The whole is well preserved, even if the window frames and the entrance doors have been replaced.

Listed in 1984.
