High and imposing house in eclectic and Art Nouveau style.
Basement in bossed cut stone and facade in white glazed bricks streaked with green bricks.
The Art Nouveau elements are mainly located on the upper floor window, under a horseshoe arch, framed with hard stone, cut into three parts separated by two cast iron columns ending in mythical birds.
These columns support the second floor loggia, rather classic and a little heavy.
Floral ironwork adorns the central balcony as well as the rather small front door.
In the upper part of the facade, floral ceramic decorations in relief adorn both sides of the balcony, as well as underneath of the cornice.
The two upper windows are also framed in carved hard stone mentioning the construction year 1911.
The whole set is in very good condition. The house was listed in November 1995.
