Remarkable facade combining elements of classical architecture and geometric Art Nouveau elements, quite imposing.

Built in 1904, as evidenced by the vintage under the first floor window.

A base in hard stone and French stone, a sturdy oak front door, carved with two winged genies.

The wrought iron door handles depict a menacing dragon and serpent.

Two narrow windows, decorated with stained glass and wrought iron, surround the front door.

Also remarkable is the window to the left of the entrance and its chalice-shaped woodwork, decorated with magnificent stained glass.

A rather classic loggia sits above the front door, beautiful stained glass windows also here.

The facade is made of white glazed bricks, a pointed arch window and some very Art Nouveau ironwork punctuate this facade.

The top floor is spectacular with its imposing cornice interrupted by a bay window, decorated with stained glass and two pilasters with sculpted heads of bearded old men.

The house has been admirably restored, the only downside being the addition of a garage closed by a very ordinary white shutter.

House listed in 1994
