A trio of resilient houses in the middle of a 1950s neighborhood.
The house at No. 52 caught our attention. It consists of two unequal bays and three levels, a facade in white glazed brick with a base in cut natural stone.
The openings are all different, straight, basket handle or pointed arches.
The front door and its lira-shaped tympanum, careful details like these sculpted heads on the two stone consoles which support the balcony, or the two grimacing heads at the top of the facade.
The ironwork is particularly elaborate on the facade and around the street-front garden.
A beautiful sculpted architect’s signature finalizes the work.
The house appears in very good condition.
