In a slightly off-center district, in the middle of rather classic houses, is this typically Art Nouveau facade, with its balcony decorated with wrought iron and protected by a glass canopy.
The top floor is emblematic of the style with its rounded semi-circular window, surrounded by two imposing pilasters, and a mosaic representing a female face and lilies.
The facade is made of glazed white bricks, and is in a fairly good state of conservation.
The woodwork appears to have been replaced respecting the original design.
House listed in December 2003.
